Black Minds Matter

Mental Health is important every single day, it helps align our minds and energy for the coming day full of unknown obstacles. It is okay to admit we need help from time to time. It is okay to say how you are a really feeling. It is okay for us to be hurting so we can start healing. There has been 400 years of generational trauma, there is everyday racism, and then there are the rest of the multi-layered challenges we deal with on a daily basis. It is time to heal.
